Base Criteria Strong Hunter-style approach to target new business only, you will be confident in cold-calling, lead generation, client-engagement and nurturing cold relationships.
With a strong awareness of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC & Fire Service delivery (ideally with a technical background); along with experience in selling Integrated Facilities Management to a wide range of clients across the Corporate, Mining / Resources, Utilities, Commercial Office, Local / State Government, Healthcare, Financial Services Sector, Shopping Centres and Defence sectors.
Outline Duties Identify and Drive new business opportunities within Building Services Maintenance provision, Integrated Facilities Management and Minor Works, Fit-Outs or Refurbishment Projects.
The main focus of this role is to develop new business opportunities including Integrated FM and Ongoing Service / Maintenance Contracts (M&E, HVAC & Fire) across a diverse client mix.
Skills and Attributes Over 8 years industry experience, you will have gained at least 5 years Business Development experience within an organisation delivering Building Services Maintenance (Electrical / Mechanical, HVAC & Fire) and IFM support to a mix of client premises. You will have excellent Client Relationship Management skills, able to secure EOI's, RFP's and ITT and undertake site walk-rounds and identify scope of the contract, lead bid response, tender queries and continued client relationship management. An excellent communicator, with strong English language skills, you will have an engaging personality and strong presentation skills to drive new business opportunities.
