The Role: As our Business Development Manager - VIC, you will be a key driver in expanding our business, as you work with the most reputable brands in industry and uphold our service delivery promise. With a hunger for success, you will focus on identifying and securing new sales opportunities across the State whilst strengthening existing client partnerships. Working independently, yet well supported by our national team, you will be a self-driven sales professional with a results focused mindset with the capability to develop solid networks.
Key responsibilities will include: Driving growth - identifying, qualifying, pursuing and converting leads to strategic long-term partnershipsMeeting individual sales targets and further developing existing accountsCreating and maintaining exceptional client partnershipsEstablishing face-to-face client meetings, offering solution focused serviceGenerating and following up on quotesMaintaining all activity in CRM programsWorking closely with internal teams to ensure company targets are met and high customer satisfaction levels.
