The roleThe Business Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the branch sales targets through the implementation of key strategies associated with the expansion of the Automated Logic Brand within Australia.
Working closely with all customers, Automated Logic End Users, Mechanical Contractors, and Builders.Key Responsibilities:Relationship management, existing system equipment lifecycle / asset management.
Solution / consultative selling as well as understanding and tracking End User investment / expansion strategies.Estimate and provide professional submissions.Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions / product sales.Provide total BMCS, MSI, system solutions, promote Automated Logic's capabilities and extensive product range.Continue to build strong relationships with new and potential client base.Provide regular updates to General Manager with client and industry feedback.Requirements:Experience within a similar role.Previous experience with estimating and providing submissions.Knowledge of Building automation technologies and designs.Experience leading a sales team and proven success within previous sales role.Ability to develop and implement budgets.Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to sell and develop commercial contracts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Our commitment to youOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
