Business Development Manager - Electronic Security

The Role: Responsible for the sales performance of the market segments, major product groups and devlopment and retention of new major clients in Sydney Develop key relationships with customers to maximise account value and cross selling opportunities Target new and potential customers to ensure the new business targets are met Achieve KPI's and Sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Work closely with management to provide excellent customer service and customer retention Experience with Type 1a Gallagher High Security Alarm Systems + other Electronic Security solutions (Access Control, CCTV, Intrustion Detection, Class 5 etc The Candidate: Minimum 3 Years of experience in Sales or Marketing Experience in the Electronic Security industry is mandatory Proven sales experience and proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's Ability to sell and cross sell iSales CRM experience would be a bonus Drivers Licence (Mandatory) NSW Security Licence (Mandatory) Customer and Sales focused and passionate about making a positive difference for customers and the business
