Business Development Manager - Electronic Security The Company:
A leading multinational company specialising in electronic security, access control, and secure identity products and solutions. They are committed to innovation and customer satisfaction, offering high-quality and trusted solutions that meet the needs of businesses worldwide.
The Position:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead sales in the ANZ region to be responsible for sales growth across the electronic security, secure identity, and access control solutions with proven sales experience within the Banking, Education, and Commercial Real Estate sectors. You will be identifying new business opportunities and play a key role in expanding market presence and achieving strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Develop sales and growth strategies to expand into key markets in the ANZ region. Product promotion and advocate for electronic identity and access control solutions to potential clients. Provide market insight and analyse the needs of industries like Banking, Education, and Commercial Real Estate. Work with the sales team to exceed targets by winning new clients and expanding existing relationships. Collaborate and coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth transitions to new technologies. Provide client education and lead training sessions to position the company as a trusted advisor. Industry engagement by representing the company at trade shows and industry events. Provide regular updates and reporting on business development progress. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or Engineering. 5+ years in corporate sales and business development, particularly in Electronic Security, Access Control, Mobile Access, RFID, or other related technologies. Familiarity with Banking, Education, and Commercial Real Estate industries. Experience with physical or logical access control is a plus, along with knowledge of mobile-centric digital transformation. Proven success in developing and executing strategic initiatives with end users, leading to sales growth. Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce. Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills. Job Ref: 3821602
