Responsibilities Senior role responsible for Canberra-based business development strategyDeveloping enduring relationships with stakeholders and decision makersManaging relationships with senior levels of Government and DefenceConvert existing opportunities from Army HQ / Joint HQ, SPOs, SOCOMD, specialist government agencies and prime contractorsIdentify new challenges and subsequent opportunitiesShape and capture major opportunities in line with plans, revenue targetsSkills Required 3 + years commercial experience following on from Army, Land, CASGExperience in capability development, project development, or bothNetwork within relevant stakeholders and decision makersExposure to Bids, Tenders, ProposalsOn Offer Attractive salary package in line with Canberra based Defence BD rolesBonuses and incentives - profit sharing and awardsProfessional Education & Development investmentFlexibility on hours and days worked for relevant profiles and networks #J-18808-Ljbffr
