This is an exciting opportunity for an expert in sales to establish the Corporate Sales department as part of the wider Business Development team.
You will build and manage the corporate sales portfolio across organic & non-organic channels within the Country Road Group.
We're seeking a dynamic individual who can confidently create the foundation to set the department up for future success.
The successful candidate must possess a strategic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, a keen negotiator, who always places the customer at the forefront of mind.

Then our Business Development Manager role could your next great success!
A specialised B2B selling and service role, drawing on the help of a dedicated inhouse inventory team, for subject expertise and sales support you will: Effectively converting sales leads across inbound email enquiries (organic traffic).
Confidently pursue new B2B sales leads (non-organic traffic).
Develop growth strategies and plans to proactively grow existing business and identify new market/sales opportunities.
Driving sales to achieve key budget KPI's.
Provide regular activity reporting and feedback in line with sales plans.
A strong focus and understanding of all aspects of the customers' requirements is required when ranging from uniforms and homewares with branding.
Preparing and following up on quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Liaise with the National Wholesale Manager to collaborate on new ideas and leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers stock requirements, and expectations, are managed effectively.
Partnered with your previous sales experience in the commercial sector, Apparel and homewares being a bonus, you will also have, Impeccable time management, professionalism, presentation, and punctuality Excellent communication skills both written and verbal An energetic, passionate, and dedicated approach Flexible and responsive to customer needs and committed to "customer satisfaction" A passion for building strong customer relationships, able to have tough conversations, but demonstrate how the outcome is a win/win scenario Data competent, and confident discussing financial aspects of our offering with customers.
