Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Coordinating and executing the Sales Activities within the defined territory, according to defined Sales goals and KPIs, following the Sales Strategy and given standards and protocols, as well as the coordination and execution of the sales activities of regional cross-territory groups (headquarter in the territory). Account & TOP Account Management and generating new Business (new customers) via Project- & Pipeline Management. Cooperation with Distribution partners and Product / Application Training to Distributor Sales force and End Users on demand. Account-, Activity- & Pipeline Reporting via C4C by given Standards and Protocols. Sales & Budget Planning and forecasting of expected turnover and frequent Activity monitoring and Sales Review with Sales Management via C4C by given Standards & Protocols. Additional Responsibilities Regular reporting of results. Support internal functions by observing and sharing market- and cleaning business knowledge and build the mouthpiece for customer demands and requirements. Cooperation with Key Account / Customer Group Management in selected Customer Projects. Defined Reporting Activities (e.g. SCM). Participation on local and national exhibitions. Stakeholder management with accounts/customers and close cooperation with CIC and Logistics for customer service topics. Interactions Sales Team – cross area. CIC & Logistics Vileda Professional. Marketing Vileda Professional. Customers. Organisation. Qualifications: Work Experience and Education Qualified education, ideally in economics. Knowledge in handling a sales territory in terms of route planning, customer visits, cooperation with Distribution partners and customer Management. Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales. Experience in selling explainable and high-quality products and systems. Specific Knowledge Knowledge in the professional Cleaning Business. Knowledge in using Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM Systems. Experience in digital communication (Teams, LinkedIn, etc.). Specific Competencies Excellent verbal communication skills. Good negotiation skills. Self-motivated and organized individual. Ability to build relationships with key contacts. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting. Team player.
