We are building CommSec for the digital future and we'd like you to help us on this journey.You will be part of a team who have a diverse mix of experience, collaborate well and hold our customers at the centre of everything we do.We are committed to understanding our customers, and delivering insights and creative solutions, to drive sustainable business growth.The Margin Lending and Derivatives Team manages distribution, service and execution for CommSec's Margin Lending and Exchange Traded Options products to direct, referred and advised clients.More specifically, you'll:Execute distribution strategies for CommSec and CBA Geared Investments products to internal referral channels (Private Bank, Premier Bank, Business Bank etc.) and third party channels (IFAs and Full service stockbrokers)Identify and create new distribution opportunities including third party banking, commercial brokers and other referral sourcesDevelop relationships with bankers, investment specialists, independent financial advisers, and stockbrokers to build out CommSec Capital Markets' and CBA Geared Investments account baseOversee a small team of staff to assist in the execution of the distribution strategyManage large transactions through front line, credit and settlement processesManage internal compliance, marketing, operational and legal issues arising from execution of the strategyGenerate awareness and leads for CommSec through referral partners, specifically in the Margin Lending productProvide subject matter expertise for client meetingsIdentify and develop new distribution channelsDrive the growth of the Margin Lending and other CommSec productsBuild capability within the team to better support our referral partnersWe want to hear from you if you have:Strong understanding of the wealth and financial services industry with extensive experience in business development, ideally with a focus on private wealth and financial advisersDetailed understanding in stockbroking, margin lending and equity capital marketsOutstanding communication skills - both written and verbalExperience in developing or enhancing and executing a distribution strategyProven ability to achieve targetsAbility to work autonomously and complete tasksHave a positive, inclusive, and collaborative approach to workAbility to go above and beyond to help CommSec customers and referral partnersHave the confidence to challenge and strive for continual improvement and growthBe a relationship builder with the ability to initiate and drive conversationsStrong time management and organisational skillsExcellent networker and impeccable on personal presentationPeople management experienceTertiary-level educated in finance discipline, with post graduate qualifications preferableRG146 accredited in Securities & Margin lending#J-18808-Ljbffr
