Business Development Manager (Commercial Roofing) - Acratex

About the role We're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive Acratex Commercial Roofing product demand and awareness in the QLD Commercial Repaint markets and improve business profitability and market share.
In this role you will work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including Acratex Territory Managers, PSG Team and Commercial Trade facing sales functions, BDMs and Specification Teams but not limited to corporate identities and relevant contractor base along with the wider Trade/Acratex customer base, strategic builders and decision influencers.
Pivotal to your success in this role will be your ability to create demand, sell, coach, support and educate the extended trade teams around the Acratex roofing products/ systems. You will have a laser focus on Roofing systems, Remedial Roofing topcoats, primers and restoration products.

Responsibilities Develop and lead commercial roofing projects across QLDCreate and drive Acratex Roofing specifications and presentations to remedial and other engineering parties across QLDAlignment to monthly meetings with Property Services, Specification and support functionsProvide Commercial and Roofing technical support on products and coating systems to deliver customer solutionsSupport and help close identified sales gaps in the Trade Sales Team through contractors with Roofing sales opportunitiesSkills & Experience Technical mindset, with the ability to provide solutionsExperience in selling concepts and operate at a strategic levelContract negotiation and hunter self-driven attitudeAccount management experience and strong stakeholder management skillsAbility to work with cross functional teams and collaborative in approachWhy DuluxGroup?
