Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the business throughout Melbourne's western region Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Utilize your sound sales history, particularly in trades and services, to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential customers. Prepare accurate sales estimates and develop professional proposals that showcase our offerings. Leverage your previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to effectively manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
About You To be successful in this role, ideally you will have a proven track record in sales for the commercial paint or trades/services industry, a "can do" attitude and be driven to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following: Previous experience in a sales driven role. Comfortable actively seeking out new business opportunities. Strong ability to estimate and develop professional-looking proposals. Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated region. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
