We present these mortgage loans to our network of private investors as income-focused, high-return, secured investment opportunities.Position Overview:We seek experienced, motivated and results-driven Business Development Managers (Commercial) to join our team.
With funds available to lend ranging from $80K to $80M across commercial, residential, industrial, land banks, residual stock and development loans, we are looking for well-connected professionals with a strong network of borrowers, developers and finance brokers who have the contacts that require the tailored loan facilities and financing that we provide.
Your role focuses on identifying and engaging potential borrowers while driving new business opportunities and building strong industry relationships.
This is a hybrid role out of our Gold Coast office.
Some interstate travel will be required.Key Responsibilities:Acquisition of new borrower lead scenariosReviewing applications and validating borrower information for credit qualityGrowing our broker network through the addition of new brokers and partnersIdentify and target potential borrowers, including developers, construction companies, SMEs and similar industry participantsConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for lendingPresent CCG's lending solutions to potential clients, highlighting benefits and competitive advantagesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan application processesWhat you bring:An existing commercial broker network and industry relationshipsExperience working in a similar role with a non-bank lenderStrong commercial finance product and credit understandingAbility to establish, develop and manage long-term commercial relationshipsAbility to develop a strategic plan to establish new lines of businessExperience assessing construction loans and costings, highly regardedPre-credit assessment experience is an advantageQualifications:Proven experience in non-bank lending or financeStrong understanding of commercial lending and the Australian property marketExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsSelf-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting targetsWhy Join Us?Be part of a dynamic and innovative teamOpportunity for career growth within a leading non-bank lenderCompetitive remuneration package
