Business Development Manager - Commercial Fit-OutsWe are seeking a talented sales representative to join our client's Commercial Fitouts team.

You'll receive strong company support as you challenge yourself and broaden your skills in sectors such as Architecture & Design, Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, and General Commercial Offices.THE ROLEServe as the main point of contact for B2B sales, promoting the company's commercial products and services.Create and execute successful sales strategies to identify, target, and secure new commercial clients within a specific territory or market segment.Concentrate on providing advice and marketing to architectural and specification contacts, utilizing product knowledge, marketing activities, and specification support tools.Seek out sales leads, nurture prospects, and successfully close deals.Identify new opportunities through expanded product range and existing client base.Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research, and follow up on inquiries promptly.Excel in both team environments and working independently.Consistently maintain the CRM to keep it up to date.Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify unique selling points and differentiate the company's offerings.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDEDStrong understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.Ability to network and build relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, and tier 1 and 2 builders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently.Strong organisational and time management skills.Must be enthusiastic and autonomous.Proven experience of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.Current Australian Drivers licence.SALARY AND BENEFITSAdditional Superannuation.Tools of the trade.WFH flexibility.Real plans to further your career progression.Excellent support from management.Access to custom levels of design.Exciting opportunity to take your career to the next step.How to ApplyClick APPLY or you can send your resume to ******.
