The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will oversee a WA-wide territory, focusing on driving growth and increasing market share.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans, solution selling into mining, industrial, manufacturing and offshore.Identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong relationships.Presenting proposals to key decision makers.Representing the company at industry conferences and trade shows.Maintaining a CRM sales pipeline and achieving set KPIs.
This role offers flexibility with work-from-home options and state-wide travel.

The Candidate
Strong background in chemicals, lubricant or industrial fluids, working for a manufacturer or distributor selling into mining, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.Proven track record of longevity and loyalty in previous roles.Experience in technical sales, or an engineering degree preferred.Consultative approach with exceptional customer service skills.Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
