Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Channel Partners to join our Flow Division team in Australia.
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Driving sales of Sulzer Submersible Pumps, Mixers & Grinders to new and existing business partners.
Planning, supporting, and following up on sales activities in line with the sales strategy and defined processes.
Developing and maintaining product training for existing and new Flow Business partners.
Monitoring the performance of key business partners and taking remedial action where necessary to ensure that targets are met.
Liaising and working closely with the Sales Manager - Pacific and the Service teams with customers.
Establishing new and maintaining existing long-term relationships with customers.
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
Ensuring orders and projects are launched in a timely and professional manner.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers to reduce commercial risk and maximize future business opportunities.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and activities.
Identifying new markets and business opportunities, maximizing the potential of Sulzer's complete product offering in the targeted sub-segments.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:
5+ years of experience in pump product sales.
Strong, detailed knowledge and experience with Submersible Pumps, Mixers & Grinders.
Relevant tertiary qualifications.
