Novaskill is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team in Tuggerah.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, foster community relationships, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities: Client Management & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. High Sales Performance: Achieve and surpass sales targets through innovative strategies and proactive approaches. Networking & Business Development: Develop and expand your network within the community to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities. Community Relationships: Strengthen Novaskill's presence in the local community through active engagement and partnership development.
