The opportunity We're seeking a dynamic professional with experience in medical devices to expand our emerging therapies portfolio across Australia.
In this role, you'll build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, provide expert product knowledge, and support the successful adoption of cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Drive growth across established and new accounts to achieve the annual budget.Provide comprehensive customer education and training on emerging therapies, ensuring that healthcare professionals are well-equipped to utilise our products effectively, and offer on-site case support when necessary to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.Establish KOLs and build strong relationships with them to drive our presence in key accounts and within the market to facilitate peer-to-peer selling.Establish centres of excellence where our technology and capability can be on display.Collaborate with Business and General Managers to ensure execution of business and territory sales plans.Drive team engagement and morale through effective communication and continuous improvement.
Create and actively drive/reinforce a high-performance and employee engagement culture, espousing and developing our organisational values and culture.Help the overall CVR business to achieve its budget and objectives by assisting with case support from time to time.Ownership of new technologies training and education within the CVR team.Quantify the total and addressable market opportunity for each product range.Develop business models to help drive rapid adoption of technology.Ensure inventory position and turns are optimized and improving year on year.About you... Experience required: Relevant tertiary qualifications.Minimum 5 years sales experience within healthcare.Commitment to ongoing training in business development.Excellent interpersonal skills.Sound computer skills.Ability to liaise and communicate with other senior professionals within the business.Device Technologies internal systems (SAP) experience.Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Desirable: Previous electrophysiology or cardiology experience is highly desirable.Experience across ANZ.Interested?
