Fuel Distributors of WA is seeking an experienced lubricant specialist to oversee the Company's distributorship of Caltex Lubricant products into the local market.
Who are we? Fuel Distributors of WA is a local supplier of fuel and lubricants to metro and regional locations within WA. Established in 1999, we have successfully become a leading bulk fuel and lubricants distributor in the West Australian market, providing quality products and service to customers. In 2022, the Company became the distributor of Caltex Lubricant products.
What is the position? The position will require strong technical knowledge of lubricant products and their application for customers across a range of industrial sectors. The role will work closely with our current Area Sales Managers to increase technical understanding and assist with achieving Company lubricant sales targets. The position will also work towards achieving their own customer base, review supply chain options and identify potential 3rd party distributors in regional WA.
You will make an impact by having: A strong technical understanding of lubricant products and their application within the Australian industrial sectors.The ability to improve technical understanding of lubricants and their application with our current sales team and customers.Demonstrated a strong sales background with the ability to seek out sales opportunities and provide evidence of converting this opportunity into an ongoing customer.The ability to review supply chain processes, reviewing storage and distribution opportunities.Who are we seeking? If we could create the perfect person for this position, you would come from a strong lubricant sales background. You have solid technical understanding of lubricant products and their application in a variety of situations. You are passionate about helping others understand lubricant products to achieve business objectives. You have a natural ability to engage with people from a wide variety of backgrounds to achieve your own and others' targets.
