About the Opportunity
Based in Victoria, we are on the lookout for a motivated, experienced, ambitious sales superstar to join our team of Business Development Managers. Your mission will be to drive sales and increase the market share of our world-leading medical aesthetic brands. This dynamic, on-the-road sales role is perfect for an independent individual eager to build a profitable territory while providing business training and support to our network of clinical partners.
As a multi-brand distributor, this position offers an exciting challenge for someone ready to dive deep into the world of professional medical aesthetics. 
While prior experience in a Business Development Manager role is essential, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support from our experienced team. Our culture of open communication means you'll never be alone in your journey—we have weekly sales team meetings and support calls to ensure our BDMs thrive as well as providing mentoring and ongoing training. About the Day-to-Day
Key tasks and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Managing and growing an existing account portfolio within the medical aesthetics and Beauty field.Driving new business development across our extensive range of 15 brands.Qualifying leads and conducting in-clinic product demonstrations.Coaching clinic partners to enhance their profitability and service offerings.Effectively managing call cycles to optimise your time to support and drive growth & engagement of our clinic partners.Delivering in-clinic training and facilitating classroom sessions. Participating in Beauty and medical aesthetics expos and educational seminars throughout the year.Providing detailed daily reporting of all activities and outcomes.About You You are a certified beauty therapist with a Diploma of Beauty Therapy.You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a related role. Preferably with Device sales experience.You bring Business Development Manager experience, ideally within aesthetic devices and cosmeceutical skincare (including LED, laser, IPL, RF, and microneedling)Your background includes field sales, expanding customer bases through outstanding service, and building strong industry relationships.You are highly driven, ambitious, organized, and adept at following a call cycle.You are willing to adapt your skills to new ways of operating in a fast-paced environment.You have experience working and traveling throughout regional Victoria.You're a confident public speaker, capable of providing in-clinic training and hosting webinars.You possess the emotional intelligence and patience necessary to nurture existing client relationships.You are proactive in seeking new business opportunities through prospecting.You are diligent, conscientious, and highly organized.You have a positive, enthusiastic, "can-do" attitude.You take pride in your appearance and personal grooming.You possess an excellent work ethic and a genuine desire to help clinic owners succeed.You are computer literate, with experience in Excel and cloud-based CRMs and Zoom.You're willing to travel and have access to a reliable vehicle.
