Role Overview As a key player in our expansion to South Australia, you will drive the success of our brand by engaging with customers, leading business development strategies, and ensuring the delivery of our services meets the high standards our clients expect. Responsibilities include meeting high performance targets, managing and developing client relationships, providing accurate forecasts and reports, and effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering solutions that add value. Identify new business opportunities across various sectors and secure client engagements. Lead the sales process, from initial contact to finalising sales. Lead expressions of interest, quotations, and tender submissions, working closely with the national bid manager. Analyse sales data and prepare reports. Represent the company at trade shows and conferences. Travel within South Australia and Eastern Australia as needed. Utilise CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and efficiently organise client information. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and increasing brand visibility. Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards during negotiation and partnerships. About You Successful candidates will have: A tertiary qualification in Business or a related field (Business Management, Finance, Marketing). A background in business development, account management, and sales. Experience in major projects, infrastructure, or waste management. A track record of generating new B2B business and revenue growth. Adaptability and foresight to seize business opportunities. Strong understanding of the South Australian market.  Independent and collaborative working skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. A current driver's licence. A friendly and confident demeanour.
