The Opportunity: We're hiring multiple Business Development Managers across Australia to Join Toll Group! Work flexibly from any of the following locations: Perth WA, Adelaide SA or Melbourne VIC. A day in the life of a Business Development Manager at Toll Group: Identifying and seizing new business opportunities for Toll Global Forwarding locally. Crafting strategic sales plans and nurturing customer relationships to drive business growth. Expertly managing and developing business pipelines while closely monitoring conversion rates. Creating innovative sales strategies informed by in-depth market research and competitor analysis. What You'll Need to Succeed: Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry (ideally within a similar role). Hunter Mindset: Demonstrate a passion for discovering and securing new business opportunities. Effective negotiation and, influencing skills with the ability to multi-task and plan your day effectively. Experience using sales technologies such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc is highly desirable. Ability to work under pressure, with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced environment.
