Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The main duty of this role is connecting with employers to understand and fulfill their staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with employers to understand and fulfill their staffing needs.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Disability, Aged Care, and Support sectors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met.Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.Create leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.Deliver impactful demos of our products and sell value to our clients by addressing their needs with our solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and business cases to potential clients.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelor's degree or higher.Proven experience in a Business Development Manager role, preferably within the staffing or healthcare sectors.Strong understanding of the Disability, Aged Care, and Support sectors.Excellent communication skills with the ability to make complexity easily understood and memorable.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to connect our product capabilities to customers' business needs.Empathetic approach with genuine care for improving business practices for our customers.Experience in outbound B2B phone sales.Established contacts within the industry.Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and empathetic.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.What We Offer:
