Work experience in the Australian residential solar industry (e.g.
inverter and/or battery manufacturer, energy company).

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.

Excellent customer relationship management skills.

Hands-on experience in building sales channels and delivering sales growth and targets.

Requirements 1.
Develop business partnerships with customers including solar installers, retailers and wholesalers to achieve sales targets.

Visit customers and introduce the company's products and solutions to them.

Provide regular training to team members.
5.
Provide regular reports on sales, competitors and market trends.
