The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth of Aggregation in their designated state, territory, or region. This includes the development of local strategies and oversight of all processes to execute upon these strategies.
Responsibilities include: Identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong prospects, and managing relationships to facilitate the successful acquisition of new business.Focused and incentivized on achieving and exceeding volume and contribution targets.Maintaining strong relationships with existing Broker businesses to maintain and grow existing volumes and maximize growth.Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Brokers and Lender representatives in the allocated territory.Driving client strategies and sales forecasts within the designated state/territory or region.To be successful you will possess: 3+ years experience within Asset Finance Sales / Third party Asset Finance Sales / Consumer and/or Commercial Asset Finance.Understanding of strategic sales and portfolio management.Strong new business skills working in new business sales in Asset Finance.Strong commercial acumen.Proactive and engaged self-starter with an ability to work autonomously.This rare and sought-after position is sure to move off the market quickly, so don't delay in applying.
