The role requires a proactive sales and dynamic approach to driving education and success within the mortgage broker network. About You High level of motivation, self-discipline and ability to work independently and part of a team Demonstrated ability to motivate, train and mentor others to achieve their goals Excellent listening skills, allowing you to understand broker's and customer's needs and provide tailored solutions accordingly. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships Energy, drive and tenacity to succeed Passion for protecting Australian home and property buyers from financial hardship.
