Are you ready to make a lasting impact in the skincare industry? This is your chance to be at the forefront of launching Alastin skincare in Melbourne! As our dedicated BDM, you'll be pivotal in promoting premium medical skincare products, fostering strong connections with healthcare professionals, and driving the growth and success of ALASTIN Skincare within our Aesthetic Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities Be the driving force behind prospecting, acquiring accounts, promoting, educating, and creating demand for ALASTIN products within your territory.
Your focus will be on expanding the premium skincare segment for Galderma/ALASTIN.
Develop and execute plans to boost sales and secure a larger market share.
Your role involves crafting effective selling strategies and direct selling techniques to elevate product demand.
Coordinate training programs, conduct practice in-services and events for healthcare professionals, while providing technical expertise about our products and procedures.
Establish lasting professional relationships built on credibility and trust.
Implement key marketing strategies, actively engage in sales meetings, and contribute to vital business activities.
Skills & Qualifications 3+ years in aesthetic sales or skincare, you have a proven track record in goal setting, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
Your past roles involved transactional or direct selling, showcasing your exceptional sales performance and leadership qualities.
You've consistently excelled in your current role, showcasing your ability to learn, innovate, and challenge the norms in the Australian skincare market.
Managing multiple responsibilities and inspiring others to align with specific goals and strategies is second nature to you.
You possess proficiency in software tools like Word, Excel, and Power Point.
