Business Development Manager - Airline

The Role Working as part of this airline's sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients in VIC along with identifying and acquiring new travel clients.Your day will involve developing strategies to increase sales, growing sales revenue, and building strong ongoing relationships with key industry personnel.Manage the agency groups whilst also looking for new leisure and corporate business opportunities.What You Need Previous experience in the travel industry as an on-the-road sales executive, preferably for an airline.Strong established contacts in the travel industry.Exceptional presentation and communication skills.Drive and determination to succeed.Ability to work weekends and night events as required.What's in it For You Strong Salary Package on offer + mileage.Tools of the trade provided.Discounted travel.Work for an award-winning and reputable company.Flexible working environment.Please note this is an initial 9-month maternity leave contract.
