We are hiring at Now Book It for a Business Development Manager – AI to join our rapidly growing business in Australia!
We seek a dynamic, hungry and highly ambitious strategic Business Development Manager – AI to spearhead the integration and promotion of AI-driven solutions within our product suite. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, building highly successful enduring professional relationships with partners and clients, whilst driving the adoption of AI-powered tools that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The successful Business Development Manager - AI candidate will have a strong record of success in sales and new business development ideally within SaaS, Hospitality Software, or Enterprise Software sales arena with a proven track record of achieving strong sales growth whilst achieving key objectives with an expanding market presence and in turn revenue growth.

What your day will Look like :
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for AI-driven products and services Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients in the hospitality sector Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets Drive revenue generation, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives AI Solution Advocacy (SADIE)
Serve as the key advocate for AI-powered solutions, articulating their value and aligning them with client needs Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure AI solutions meet market demands Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to clients Market Research and Strategy
Stay updated on AI trends and competitor activities within the hospitality industry Provide insights to guide the development of AI-based offerings Identify customer pain points and provide feedback to improve products and services Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to streamline go-to-market strategies Deliver regular updates and performance reports to senior management About you :
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related discipline or are you heavily experienced in a related field is desirable Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the technology, hospitality or software sectors Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in business environments Must exhibit a hunter sales mentality, highly professional demeanor, high sense of urgency and a highly ambitious outlook and relentless desire to drive sales revenue growth 3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, ideally within the hospitality, technology, SaaS or Software arenas Strong communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation, and presentation skills Analytical mindset with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for innovation and technology Gritty, autonomous, self-motivated, and hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong account management skill set to develop and nurture relationships with hospitality clients Manage your pipeline and day-to-day workflow using Salesforce Strong ability to prepare presentations and proposals Goal and results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong organizational and time management skills Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is essential Legally authorized to work in Australia We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
