We are hiring at Now Book It for a Business Development Manager – AI to join our rapidly growing business in Australia! We seek a dynamic, hungry and highly ambitious strategic Business Development Manager – AI to spearhead the integration and promotion of AI-driven solutions within our product suite.
This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, building highly successful enduring professional relationships with partners and clients, whilst driving the adoption of AI-powered tools that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The successful Business Development Manager - AI candidate will have a strong record of success in sales and new business development ideally within SaaS, Hospitality Software, or Enterprise Software sales arena with a proven track record of achieving strong sales growth whilst achieving key objectives with an expanding market presence and in turn revenue growth.

What your day will Look like: Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities for AI-driven products and servicesBuild and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients in the hospitality sectorDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targetsDrive revenue generation, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectivesAI Solution Advocacy (SADIE) Serve as the key advocate for AI-powered solutions, articulating their value and aligning them with client needsCollaborate with product and technical teams to ensure AI solutions meet market demandsPresent product demonstrations and customized solutions to clientsMarket Research and Strategy Stay updated on AI trends and competitor activities within the hospitality industryProvide insights to guide the development of AI-based offeringsIdentify customer pain points and provide feedback to improve products and servicesCollaboration and Communication Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to streamline go-to-market strategiesDeliver regular updates and performance reports to senior managementAbout you: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related discipline or are you heavily experienced in a related field is desirableProven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the technology, hospitality or software sectorsKnowledge of AI technologies and their applications in business environmentsMust exhibit a hunter sales mentality, highly professional demeanor, high sense of urgency and a highly ambitious outlook and relentless desire to drive sales revenue growth3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, ideally within the hospitality, technology, SaaS or Software arenasStrong communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation, and presentation skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutionsSelf-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for innovation and technologyGritty, autonomous, self-motivated, and hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environmentStrong account management skill set to develop and nurture relationships with hospitality clientsManage your pipeline and day-to-day workflow using SalesforceStrong ability to prepare presentations and proposalsGoal and results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong organizational and time management skillsProactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goalsProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsFluent in English, both verbal and written, is essentialLegally authorized to work in AustraliaWe thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
