Our mantra is 'Leave it with Us' as we are invested in working together to make things happen.ABOUT THE ROLEOperating across the inland regional areas of NSW, our Business Development Manager works closely with the National Sales Manager and State General Manager to grow and provide excellence in service to our existing and future client base with a strong focus on the agricultural sector.The purpose of this role is to increase revenue by generating and developing new business opportunities and being responsible for the relationship management of some of our most valued customers.
You will also be responsible for consistently achieving monthly revenue targets and margins within designated parameters.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on the agricultural industriesExpand the seller base across all sales streamsGenerate and manage leads to arrange client meetingsHandle administrative tasks, including proposals, agreements, and reportingNegotiate business contracts and prepare client presentationsAssess and value assets to determine job viabilityBuild and maintain relationships through regular client visits and callsRespond to unsold item referrals post-auctionABOUT YOUMinimum 4 years in business development, preferably in agriculture or industrial equipment salesStrong industry knowledge, network, and experience in machinery, equipment, and heavy trucks; logistics experience is a plusProven success in exceeding sales targets with a customer-focused approachExcellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with a proactive sales mentalityStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsAdvanced MS Office skills; experience with Salesforce or other CRM system is an advantageCurrent driver's license and willingness to travelSuccessful candidate will need to undergo National Police checkWe seek energetic, results-driven individuals with exceptional presentation skills and a customer-centric mindset.BENEFITSBesides the above, we offer flexibility with hybrid work from home options, free onsite parking, novated lease option, superannuation salary sacrifice and more!APPLY NOW!If you think you would thrive in this role and would love an opportunity to work with us, feel invited to APPLY.
