Our client is one of the world's leading medical aesthetic brands. Their Australian operation is hitting new heights with outstanding sales results and a focused approach to achieving success. Their focus is on making proven Aesthetic treatments accessible to all which they are doing with great success.
The Role
Join their team of 11 sales people across the country to deliver consistent performance results in sales, territory market development and key strategic objectives in the promotion of their product portfolio across Eastern and Southern suburbs of Melbourne, including the Peninsula.
You will be responsible for:
The execution and delivery of a territory business plan Identifying key customers and thought leaders within the territory, whilst developing and maintaining relationships Maintain and exceed the sales budget through strategically targeting key customers Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques by attending educational workshops Demonstrate exceptional product and competitive knowledge and use effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations Work collaboratively to deliver education and support to your clients as required Leverage knowledge of key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify the territory network in the Aesthetics community The Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree required, preference for Science, Nursing or Medical Science 3-5 years' experience in B2B medical sales, preferably in aesthetics, plastic surgery or dermatology, with soft goods experience Knowledge of the aesthetic market is ideal, either through having sold skincare, injectables or capital equipment Must have a hunter mentality, not afraid to work hard to win business and convert customers Capable of running your territory with reasonable autonomy while also being a team player who collaborates and helps other team members The Rewards: Highly competitive base salary Car allowance and fuel Lucrative incentive scheme paid quarterly Opportunity to run your own territory and be rewarded for your success Next Steps:
