About the Role:
In this key role, you will drive our continued growth by developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with SMEs.
You will leverage your strong sales acumen and relationship-building skills to identify client needs and deliver customized solutions that ensure compliance and empower them to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify and secure new clients through self-generated business development.
Build strong relationships with business owners, gaining a deep understanding of their unique HR and WHS challenges.
Provide clear and concise explanations of complex HR and WHS regulations, demonstrating the value proposition of Peninsula's services.
Foster long-term client partnerships through exceptional service and ongoing support.
What are we looking for?
You will be a sales professional driven to be the best, for yourself and your teammates.
You will be curious, seeking to analyze your numbers, understanding that it is the 1% that changes outcomes every day.
Being a field-based role, a car allowance is provided.
You will also possess:
A proven success record in field-based B2B sales, ideally within a professional services environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
Commitment to exceeding customer expectations and achieving ambitious sales targets.
