The client is an innovative Property Advisory that is going through rapid growth. They are now seeking an energetic BDM to prospect for new leads and convert their copious amounts of referred leads - the BDM's dream!
The RoleThe role will see you converting leads into new managements for the Property Management department. You will also ensure customer satisfaction to maintain relationships with your current clients. You will be efficient, precise, and attentive. Your day-to-day activity will revolve around:
