They currently have a position available within the existing sales team for a Business Development Manager to join the Bunbury team.
About the role: You will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the customer base in the Bunbury region. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and business development skills to make a significant impact on the company's success.
What you'll be doing: Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities in the local market Developing and executing strategic sales plans to acquire new clients Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements Preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations and proposals Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and lead generation Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics and pipeline activities What we're looking for: Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably within the B2B or technology sectors Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated experience in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities Proficient in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team What we offer: This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to work for an established Western Australian Brand in a fast-paced environment.
