We are looking for passionate team members to join us in accelerating our growth to the next level by reaching the millions of families who can benefit from our technology solutions.
We are seeking a dynamic individual based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide to join our team and help us achieve our aggressive growth goals. As a Business Development Lead for OurFamilyWizard, you will be responsible for increasing growth in co-parent subscriptions by engaging with family law professionals to drive referrals. You will own relationship-building efforts with our current community of family law professionals. You will also support new business growth by developing and owning your end-to-end pipeline, including sourcing, qualifying, and closing new family law professionals. The best part, our product is completely free for family law professionals, so there are no budget objections to overcome!
By expanding the reach of OurFamilyWizard's platform to parents and professionals who can benefit from more effective communication and collaboration, OurFamilyWizard will continue its mission of empowering families with a blueprint for coparenting.
What you will accomplish: Lead Generation:Research and identify potential referrers through various channels to help us build a presence in AU/NZ (HubSpot, Google, LinkedIn, Industry events, Sales Events, Inbound referrals, etc.).Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the legal industry, including law firms, court systems, Bar Associations, FDRPs, mental health professionals, parent coordinators, court appointed guardians, etc.Outbound Reach:Initiate contact with prospects via outbound phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person events, and referrals.Conduct introductory calls to qualify leads and understand their needs.Client Relationship Management:Conduct OFW presentations to showcase how it can meet professional needs and help their clients sustain a better co-parenting relationship.Build & maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders, with regular follow-up.Check in with professionals to identify referrer challenges/concerns.Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.Provide feedback to Product Team on product needs and feature requests.Who you are: Mission-driven. You have a strong understanding of your customers and colleagues on both an intellectual and interpersonal level.What you bring: We are open to applicants based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. This role will be a mixture of remote, office work and applicants must be willing to travel at least 25-40% throughout the country.The role can include working away from normal working hours and applicants must be flexible with their timings as best as possible.Previous software sales experience required.Professional exposure to the legal field, legal sales, or previous experience engaging with the legal community.Prior account management or relationship management experience.Experience with CRM and/or modern sales management platforms.A blend of intellect, passion, curiosity, hunger, and grit forms the foundation of your character.You navigate complex challenges with ease as you exhibit critical thinking and strong decision-making abilities.
