We are seeking a dynamic individual based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide to join our team as a Business Development Lead for OurFamilyWizard. You will be responsible for increasing growth in co-parent subscriptions by engaging with family law professionals to drive referrals. You will own relationship-building efforts with our current community of family law professionals and support new business growth by developing and owning your end-to-end pipeline, including sourcing, qualifying, and closing new family law professionals.
What you will accomplish: Lead Generation:Research and identify potential referrers to help us build a presence in AU / NZ.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the legal industry.Outbound Reach:Initiate contact with prospects via outbound phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person events.Conduct introductory calls to qualify leads and understand their needs.Client Relationship Management:Conduct OFW presentations to showcase how it can meet professional needs.Build & maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers.Check in with professionals to identify referrer challenges / concerns.Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Provide feedback to Product Team on product needs.Who you are: Mission-driven with a passion for families in transition.Team player with a unique ability to align common interests.Relationship-builder who thrives on communication and networking.Organized with attention to detail.Humble and self-aware with strong empathy.What you bring: Open to applicants based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide.Willing to travel at least 25-40% throughout the country.Previous software sales experience required.Professional exposure to the legal field.Prior account management or relationship management experience.Experience with CRM and/or modern sales management platforms.Strong decision-making abilities and eagerness to learn.Resilient and persuasive personality.Why Join?
