About Us: Butcherquip is a leading supplier of packaging, equipment and consumables to the butcher and food service markets across Australia.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive our business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase sales and market presence.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Butcherquip.Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.Strong understanding of the butchering equipment industry is preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Self-motivated and results-driven.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Flexible working arrangements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
