Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
The essence of this role is lead generation to support our sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate will leverage our extensive database and customer portfolio to identify and develop leads, working closely with the CSO, marketing team, and sales team to execute our pipeline development strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including direct contact, email campaigns, LinkedIn, partner initiatives, and networking events.Database Utilization: Leverage our extensive database and customer portfolio to identify and develop leads.Collaboration with Marketing: Work with the marketing team on campaigns and events focused on lead generation and follow-up.Pipeline Strategy: Collaborate with the CSO and sales team to execute the pipeline development strategy.LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with strategic contacts.Strategic Partnerships: Work with strategic partners on lead generation campaigns.Technology Proficiency: A high-level understanding of Microsoft M365 technology is highly desirable.Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.A disciplined, proactive and results-oriented mindset.High-level understanding of Microsoft M365 technology is highly desirable.What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation and creativity.Flexible working.We value inclusivity and diversity at Engage Squared.
