About the roleMitimes Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and results driven Business Development Executive to help expand our presence Globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing the growth plan, identifying and closing new business opportunities direct with customers and with our channel Partners. Establish strong relationships with customers and Partners to drive revenue growth in ANZ and the UK with a focus on the legal industry.
Accountability: Strategic Market Development - Develop strategic growth plan and contribute to GTM strategy.Lead Generation and Opportunity Identification - Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities.Negotiation and Closing - Proactively manage the sales cycle through the stages of clients buying cycle. Understand customer needs and link compelling events to close sales. Negotiation of successful commercial and client contract outcomes.Partner Channel Engagement - Collaborate with the Partner channel and from time to time support their sales opportunities.Industry and Competitive Intelligence - Understand and create insights on industry trends, regulatory changes and the competitive landscape.Presentation, Events and Stakeholder Communication - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, product demonstrations, attending industry events and support the Marketing program.Performance Tracking and Reporting - Maintain CRM and opportunity pipeline to targets, dashboards and reporting to provide regular sales activity updates and forecasting.What we're looking for Proven track record of success in senior new business development and solution sales roles.Enterprise SaaS and Technology sales solution experience.Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities to revenue results.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level and C-level stakeholders.Excellent solution sales, tender management, commercial and contract negotiation skills.Proficient in using CRM ideally Salesforce to manage opportunity lifecycle from lead development to close including reporting.A self-starter, adaptable and resilient, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Sales methodology experience and certification such as Miller Heimann, SPIN and TAS.What we offerAt Mitimes Australia Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
