Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dedicated individual for a long-term role in event sales and development. The ideal candidate will thrive in a small team environment and take responsibility for business development of event sales and sponsorships across the portfolio of industries managed by the company.
Skills & Requirements Strong understanding of business-to-business (B2B) sales.Proficiency in database and CRM management (Monday.com preferred).Experience in developing effective email campaigns (EDMs).Key Responsibilities Work directly with the General Manager to achieve company sales goals and targets.Collaborate with the Event Coordinators to manage client delivery for events.Collaborate with Director to develop event sponsorships.Lead sales efforts for exhibitor sales across all events.Develop and execute B2B sales marketing strategies.Deliver sales targets for all events.Maintain and keep CRM database accurate and up to date.Provide on-site support during events as required.Qualifications Proven experience in sales management.Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience with tools such as Monday CRM, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
