A bit about the role We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our fast-paced Sales and Account Management team based in Perth on a permanent, full-time basis. Our BDEs proactively seek sales opportunities through engagement of their market contacts and other outbound activities.
Full training and development will be provided to bring you up to speed on the solutions sold.
As the Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for:
Developing sales plans and strategies in line with our Sales Process and in the spirit of the INX Sales Methodology that ensures achievement of targets.Prospecting, identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities ensuring continual pipeline development in your targeted segment.Planning and prioritising sales activities ensuring a proactive and productive use of your personal time.Displaying a proactive approach with the ability to develop strong relationships with C-suite prospects to facilitate and progress buying journeys.Managing all leads from formal and informal sources through our Sales Process using the company's CRM system.Promoting INX Software to the market in a professional manner by attending customer meetings and industry events.We'd like you to have
Tertiary qualifications with a Business or Safety focus (highly desirable)Previous experience in a similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior business professionals across industry verticalsExcellent ability to plan and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced working environmentSelf-motivated and goal-orientated.Working at INX Software People are at the heart of what we do, and we know our employees are the key to our success.
