Job Description About Role: The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting products or services. They conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base. The role involves creating compelling pitches, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of business plans. Business Development Executives play a key role in achieving revenue targets, fostering partnerships, and contributing to the overall success and expansion of the organization through effective business development initiatives.

The Business Development Executive is expected to fulfil the following responsibilities and additional duties as needed for the role.
Identify areas of opportunity and trends in the industry and support the Business Development team to maximize student numbers Provide a quarterly report on strategies implemented to drive profit and revenue growth
through student enrolments at IHNA. Work closely with the Campus Management Team to achieve the budgeted numbers of student enrolments in IHNA. Provide a report on the face to face/online consultation in a month with prospective stakeholders. Identify any existing or potential risks within the operational functions and raise CPAR to recommend solutions to overcome the risks. Why join us?

Desired Skills and Experience Qualification, Experience & Key Selection Criteria The successful applicant for the role of Business Development Executive will be selected on the basis of the following criteria:
Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor's in business administration . Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role. Mandatory: Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel etc. and other computer skills. Demonstrate experience of contributing to a team environment Ability to manage records and filing systems, and other office systems and procedures. Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and accomplish targets. Proven ability to work both independently and under supervision.
