THE ROLEThe organization is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join their team in Brisbane. As part of the national Business Development and Marketing team, you'll focus on enhancing key client relationships and pursuing new opportunities. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in this exciting growth phase.
Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with partners to execute and assess business development strategies.Assisting with client relationship initiatives and ensuring commitments are met.Preparing and managing budgets for designated teams.Identifying collaboration opportunities to promote expertise.Project managing tender responses and directory submissions.Building effective relationships with partners, clients, and industry associations.Supporting lawyers in developing their business skills.Contributing to strategic projects in preparation for the firm's centenary in 2026.EXPERIENCEThe ideal candidate will have a degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in a similar role within professional services.
