The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a passion for digital transformation and CX solutions. In this role, you'll drive sales growth by identifying and engaging clients within our core industries. You'll partner with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, to deliver value via improvements in CX, business workflow automation (straight through processing) and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in Utilities, Telecommunications, Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Government sectors.Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Develop and execute effective lead-generation strategies, building a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to present CX and digital transformation solutions that meet client-specific business needs.Proposal & Contract Management: Craft clear, tailored proposals and lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for Chandler CX and our clients.Client Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with senior executives, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in CX and digital transformation.Implementation Oversight: Work closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless solution implementation and maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Market Research & Industry Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to position Chandler CX's offerings as essential for compliance and customer engagement.About You Proven track record in business development and new client acquisition within Utilities, Telecommunications, Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Government sectors.Strong prospecting skills with experience in building relationships at the C-suite level.Expertise in crafting compelling proposals that showcase the ROI of CX and digital transformation solutions.Skilled in contract negotiation, with an ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to client onboarding.Driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and meet sales targets consistently.What We Offer A dynamic, growth-focused role with high visibility and impactSupportive leadership and a collaborative team cultureOpportunities for career advancement and professional developmentIf you are a results-driven individual with a passion for CX and digital transformation, Chandler CX offers a unique platform to excel and make a lasting impact.
