We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Coordinator to join our Workplace practice in Sydney .
About the role and the team Contribute to the success of our Workplace practice group by delivering excellent client service and communications, working on tenders, bids, and quotes and other administrative duties Your role will involve a keen eye for detail, capturing all relevant information for bids, capability statements, directory submissions, and other administrative matters relating to the operation of the firm's business development function As part of the wider Business Development team, you will also work with stakeholders to ensure there is a coordinated approach to all client and market facing activities including events, sponsorships, marketing materials, and publications This is a busy and diverse role, reflecting the increased demand for a strong business development contribution to the success of the firm in delivering client service excellence What the market says Australasian Lawyer 2023 5-Star Employer of Choice Occupational Health and Safety Firm of the Year, AFR's Best Lawyers in 2019, 2020 and 2024 More about you For this role, you must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, above average ability using the Microsoft Office Suite, and strong process management and administrative skills Experience in a business development or bids/tender role in a legal or professional services firm will be viewed very favourably Applications from candidates in administrative roles in legal or professional services who have experience with business development are welcome You will have a genuine interest in keeping up to date on industry trends, be tech savvy, and be confident working with senior stakeholders in a high-pressure environment What Sparke Helmore can offer you Our culture is one which values and celebrates diversity to better represent the communities in which we live and work.
