Hey You! We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Development Coordinator to join genU Training!
The role of the Business Development Coordinator is to build and maintain relationships that lead to the generation of new business. genU Training will rely on you to find ways to increase student enrolments, commencements, outperform our competition, and maintain our organisational positive image.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers and contacts to boost student enrolments. Develop and execute a territory plan for targeting new business effectively. Cultivate new business relationships and identify revenue opportunities. Collaborate with the Training Manager on local sales and networking strategies. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses. Foster relationships with key personnel and drive referrals. Visit Employment Service Providers and Community Service Providers to promote enrolments. Cold call potential clients to generate new business appointments. Deliver client presentations and participate in course planning and regional meetings. Attend networking events and expos, including school and job fairs. Adhere to genU Training processes and ensure smooth referral and application processes. Maintain accurate administration and Salesforce data. Assist with the application and pre-training review process as needed. Perform other tasks as directed by genU. About You: Our ideal Business Development Coordinator will be able to demonstrate the following:
Proven experience in business development and/or relationship coordination. Aptitude for fostering positive relationships. Professionally represent the genU Training brand. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive. Ability to work autonomously but also willing to take direction. Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs. Must have the ability to identify clients' needs and match a relevant training solution. NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain. NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain. Highly desirable:
Knowledge and use of Salesforce or similar software. Understanding industry demand and skills shortages. TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or experience working in an adult education/training environment.
