The Team
Our national Client & Market Growth team at MinterEllison is a high performing and critical component of the firm and essential to the firm's success. The team supports the partnership by providing the full spectrum of business development and marketing services to ensure the firm develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing clients.
The Role
The Centre of Excellence underpins the Client Market Growth team by providing high level support across all industry groups and lines of business. We currently have a new opportunity for a team member to join this high performing team on a 12 month fixed-term basis as a Business Development Coordinator with the opportunity to learn and develop their business development and marketing career within a supportive environment. This role is available in our Sydney office with hybrid working arrangements available.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Support the preparation of tender, proposal and capability statements
Production of marketing and presentation materials
Implementation and execution of a wide range of business development and marketing projects across the business
Assist in the development of business development plans for accounts, industries and lines of business
Measure, report and assess the effectiveness of initiatives to enable continuous improvement into future activities
Manage range of research and reporting tasks for internal or client use
Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders whilst ensuring high quality service delivery
