Reporting to an experienced Sydney-based BD Manager, this role will shape and drive the group's go-to-market initiatives, further strengthening the leading practice.
As the key person on the ground, you will provide comprehensive marketing and BD support—including submissions, events, and credentials management—along with strategic and tactical advice to partners and senior associates, helping them enhance their practice and drive new revenue streams.
With a focus on business development planning and improving client experiences, this position is integral to the practice's growth in emerging markets.
The role also involves collaborating with key stakeholders to: Develop and implement business development strategies Lead firm-wide initiatives Support the preparation of critical pitch and bid documents

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have: Background in law firm or professional services BD and Marketing Client-centric mindset Ability to confidently work with various stakeholders Able to work independently and within a team Excellent project management skills
