About the job
Reporting to the Executive Officer the Business Development & Client Engagement Manager is responsible for developing new relationships and building consumer engagement leading to new clients. You will be able to utilise your established network in the NDIS sector to identify and build the participant numbers through relationship development, networking events and meetings. Additionally, this role is responsible for client intake and assessment tasks as well as risk assessment, support planning, monitoring, engagement, and review support.
Role specific:
Provide expert advice regarding NDIS plans, budgets, utilisation, and service options at 2Flourish designed to maximise outcomes for clients.
Attend networking events and be visible throughout our footprint with the occasional cold calling to promote 2Flourish services.
Monitor and audit client satisfaction and implement quality initiatives to support ongoing quality improvement and competitive edge.
Maintain accurate records of business development activity and interactions with key contacts and stakeholders.
Develop and implement growth strategies to identify, target, and gain new clients.
The other bits:
A minimum of 3 years' demonstrated experience in engaging service delivery with disability services – with specialist experience in referral intake and assessments.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Health Services or related field.
Demonstrated ability to be client-focused and work collaboratively with them, their carers, loved ones and other stakeholders.
