As an Business Development Associate - Partner Growth , you will be at the forefront of championing the success of our partners in the Cloudbeds Marketplace. Your primary responsibility will be to guide partners through the onboarding and go-to-market processes, with the overarching goal of optimizing overall partner onboarding and increasing the number of live properties and partners. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the growth of both marketplace and distribution partners while gaining a deep understanding of the dynamic hospitality landscape.
The focus of the partnership team is on growing and managing relationships with other technology & services companies ('partners'), with the ultimate aim of providing a strong integrated technology offering to Cloudbeds customers. This usually involves having API integrations between us and our partners. We have recently partnered with the likes of Amadeus and IdeaS, and are keen to keep growing those relationships globally.
Location: Remote - Latin America or EU with a preference for candidates based in Mexico or Spain
What You Will Do:
Partner Onboarding -Post Certification own and manage the partner onboarding ensuring a seamless experience, and launching them in the Cloudbeds Marketplace.
Drive Pilot Use - identify and find pilot properties to drive the utilization of partner applications / channels minimizing go-live delays and optimizing the time spent by each partner, in collaboration with the API onboarding team. Documentation - Create release notes to support internal teams in promoting and generating leads for our partners. Asset Management - Source and deliver partner assets as required and distribute to the relevant teams and communication channels. Feedback Loop - Orchestrate and execute regular and ad hoc surveys with properties of all partners post-pilot phase. Be accountable for collecting and communicating partner feedback to the dedicated teams needing to intervene for improvement. Training - Schedule and conduct partner training sessions to ensure that knowledge of key features of our partners is disseminated across the organization, including Customer Success Managers (CSM), onboarding, sales, support, and marketing teams. Content Creation - Create partners' landing pages, Guru cards, product benefits/highlights, product/marketing videos, solution overviews, and promotional materials to effectively position and communicate partner features. Regional Case Studies - Coordinate the creation of regional case studies highlighting successful partnerships. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to develop compelling case studies that showcase the value of our platform in specific regions. Connect with the Rest of the Team / Organization - collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the organization, including Customer Success Managers (CSM), onboarding, sales, support, and marketing teams. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of high-visibility projects. You'll Succeed With:
0 - 2 years experience in Account Management required or other relevant experience as approved by HR
Bilingual in English/Spanish required; ability to communicate in Portuguese in addition to English/Spanish is preferred Nice To Have:
Intermediate - Advanced Proficiency with MS Excel Experience with Salesforce preferred #LI-MM1
